Chef / Cook
We are looking for a Chef/Cook for our restaurant in Quinta do Outeiro, who is passionate about cooking and who is inspired by the typical dishes of the region, with the intention of elevating and presenting them with superior quality.
Main responsibilities:
→ Knowledge of HACCP standards.
→ Elaboration of menus.
→ Creation of dishes and elaboration of technical sheets.
→ Preparation of fresh ingredients to cook according to recipes or menu.
→ Plate up and garnish the cooked dishes.
→ Stock administration and management.
→ Staff coordination (kitchen team).
→ Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and equipment.
What are we looking for?
→ Experience in cooking or proven kitchen.
→ I like the kitchen area.
→ Good leadership skills.
→ With ease of communication, initiative and responsibility.

→ Share the history of Rocaille wine along the tour.
→ Guide wine tastings.
→ Ensure store service and promote the purchase process.
